· Founded in 2000 by the families Lázaro and Díaz in the village of Cariñena, the very heart of the D.O.
· Cariñena is the most emblematic of the Aragón wine regions and the birthplace of the Garnacha grape variety!
· Bodega Añadas possesses 100 hectares with indigenous and foreign grape varieties.
· The winery is equipped with the most advanced state of the art technology.
· Certificate of environmental control ISO 14001.
· Bodegas Añadas has its own sewage treatment plant. The obtained water is used to irrigate the vineyards and gardens surrounding the Winery and more importantly, to clean the facilities. No detergents or any aggressive products are used, just water under pressure at different temperatures. Also all the solid wastes are analyzed so they can be used for fertilizing the fields.
· Soils have a good texture, poor fertility, high levels of limestone and organic matter.
· The climate is continental with cold winters, hot summers, marked differences between day and night temperatures and low rainfall.
· The image of Bodegas Añadas is innovative, new and different; all the wines are estate grown and bottled.
