Bodega Otto Bestué
· Situated in D.O. Somontano, in the northeast of Spain. All vines are in their estate near the village of Enate and sheltered by the Pyrenees Mountains.
· Five vineyards: Mezquita, La Sierra, El Plano, Rableros y Santa Sabina.
· Somontano means "under the mountains" and it is for this reason that the land is rough with deep precipices that are kept safe from the force of the cold winds that arrive from the North.
· Grapes: Cabernet Sauvignon, Tempranillo, Syrah, Merlot and Chardonnay.
· The terrain is uneven and protected from the strong, cold winds that come from the north.
· The soils are not too fertile, with a high level of calcium and good permeability.
· Today, the Otto Bestué family uses the lastest technology in the production of their wines, always conserving the magic,
tradition and dedication necessary to produce the best varietal styles.
