The oak is noticeable without being overbearing, leaving room for the notes of ripe red fruits, spices and flowers. The structure is full-bodied but with supple tannins. Long finish with fruits and spices.
Red fruits jam with light toasted aromas.The particularity of this Montagne Saint-Emilion is its fairly good proportion of Cabernet franc and Cabernet sauvignon in the blending which gives a medium bodied and concentrated wine.
Dark, rich colour, red fruit nose, intense berry flavor and smooth on the palate. Great texture, medium-bodied, soft tannins with ripe fruits and a spicy, well-balanced finish. Best with poultry, BBQ, pasta and light cheese.
