February of 1989, Jeff Feinberg formed the independent sales and marketing
company, Citadel Trading Corp., representing a portfolio of premium wine
products. The concept of the company is to provide strong regional sales and
marketing support to a small number of suppliers.
Based on
National strategies, market objectives are outlined with both supplier and
distributor. There is a clear plan of action designed to direct each
brand towards achieving its market potential.
The business
is actively managed. The philosophy is to direct efforts within the
market, as well as throughout the ranks of distributor management team's
and their sales force.
This proven formula
for success, though not uncommon, is often not feasible for others to approach,
as Citadel is a well organized, pro active company
which is positioned as an extension of its suppliers.
Communications are constant and open to ensure that priorities are always on
track. Citadel concentrates its efforts on premium wine products, both imported and domestic, throughout sixteen markets in the Northeast, New England, and Mid-Atlantic. Market presence is supported through the efforts and talents of Regional Managers, Administrative Directors, and Officers. |
